The service

Math Board (mathboard.datapad.tools) is a free online whiteboard for teaching mathematics, run by ‹operator›. By using it, you accept these terms.

Free and as is

The service is free of charge and provided as is, without warranties. We do our best to keep it running, but it may change, pause or stop, and features may be added or removed.

Your content

What you create is yours. Boards are stored in your browser, so keep copies of important boards (download them as files). Shared links expire as described when you share them. You are responsible for what you put on boards and share, and you must have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the service to break the law or to harm others;
• put unlawful, hateful or abusive content on boards, or content that infringes others' rights;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or try to get around its limits;
• put other people's personal data on shared boards without the right to do so.

We may remove shared links that break these rules, and limit access that harms the service.

Boards made with AI

Boards made with AI assistants are written by those assistants and can be wrong: check the mathematics before you use a board in a lesson. The AI services you use have their own terms.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service, including lost boards or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
